This year I was fortunate enough to have
3 kids participate in soccer.

Gabe has been in soccer since we lived in California 4 years ago. He has a really dedicated coach and he has been doing well playing this year. He was put on this team last year so this is his second year as a panther.
Isaac also has a great team this year, with an especially cool name--the WaveRippers. Last year the coaches barely showed up, and the team just kind of evaporated after spring. But he got put on a new team with a great coach and sharp looking uniforms (at least Isaac thought so). He has improved alot during the last year. This is Isaac's 4th year also. I don't have his team photo yet when I get it I will put it up.
These pictures are a little confusing because both teams are blue. Just to clarify, the opposing team has the white sleeves with a design on them. Our team is almost all blue except for a white stripe on the right shoulder and a white stripe down the left side.
Emma is brand new to soccer this year. She has been going to the boys games for awhile, and been able to score the after-game treat more often than not and was really excited to be on her own team with her very own snack. I am not sure Emma will be doing soccer in the future because of the following conversation we had:
Mom: Emma do you like Soccer?
Emma: I already told you, I like the snacks.
Mom: Besides the snacks do you like soccer?
Emma: I like it because you get to take breaks.
Mom: But do you like playing, running and kicking the ball?
Emma: No.
Having three kids in soccer makes for some long Saturdays and crazy weeks. Eric also feels robbed, he was hoping to go on lots of hikes this fall which is hard when the kids are in soccer. I am glad it is over for now. (Until spring that is!)

Such a girly-girl!
Love the pics of the boys working it. They look intense.
I guess Emma doesn't take after her mom. Too bad. Soccer girls have hot legs.
